Job Overview:

The Feeding Our Future Program is designed to foster entrepreneurial skills, teach indoor farming techniques, and leadership among young individuals. Participants will receive mentorship, business training, and hands-on experience to develop and launch their own farms. The program encourages innovation and seeks to empower youth to be change-makers in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Student engagement:

Commit to a 20-week cohort via online and/or in-person classes.
Be open to learning new concepts regarding business and agriculture
Maintain respectful and professional relationships with BIPOC farmer mentors and business coaches.
Be willing to create an agriculture based business
Foster a positive, learning, inclusive, and empowering environment towards yourself and others.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about becoming an entrepreneur and urban farming.
