Job Overview:

The Feeding Our Future Program is designed to foster entrepreneurial skills, teach indoor farming techniques, and leadership among young individuals. Participants will receive mentorship, business training, and hands-on experience to develop and launch their own farms. The program encourages innovation and seeks to empower youth to be change-makers in their communities.

Student engagement:

  • Commit to a 20-week cohort via online and/or in-person classes.
  • Be open to learning new concepts regarding business and agriculture
  • Maintain respectful and professional relationships with BIPOC farmer mentors and business coaches.
  • Be willing to create an agriculture based business
  • Foster a positive, learning, inclusive, and empowering environment towards yourself and others.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about becoming an entrepreneur and urban farming.
