Joy Box MinistryThe Joy Box Ministry exists to bring encouragement, hope, and God’s love to individuals who are walking through difficult seasons in life.

Each Joy Box is sent anonymously and includes five personal letters and five wrapped gifts. The recipient is invited to open one letter and one gift each day, creating a week of encouragement and spiritual uplift.

The purpose of the Joy Box is to remind each person that they are not alone—that they are loved, supported, and that God is with them through every season.

Since its beginning, the Joy Box Ministry has sent thousands of boxes across the United States and around the world. Each box is provided free of charge through the generosity and support of Making A Difference Foundation.

Important Information Before Requesting a Joy Box

Because Joy Boxes are prepared with donated resources and the help of dedicated volunteers, we are able to accept one Joy Box request per person each year so that we may share joy with as many individuals as possible.

If you are experiencing unusual circumstances, please feel free to email info@themadfseattle.org for consideration. While we will prayerfully review requests, exceptions cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that our team will do our very best to fulfill each request. However, the availability of supplies and volunteers may occasionally affect our ability to complete every request.
