Older Adult Home Food Delivery Program

Making a Difference Foundation (MADF), in partnership with Eloise’s Cooking Pot Food Bank, provides free monthly food boxes delivered directly to older adults who face challenges accessing food.

This program helps ensure our elders receive nutritious food with dignity—without needing to travel to a food bank or grocery store.

What You’ll Receive

  • One large food box each month for six months
  • Boxes weigh about 75 pounds and support a household for the month
  • Delivered directly to your home
  • Food may include produce, protein, shelf-stable items, and special-diet options when available

Who This Program Is For

  • Adults age 55 and older
  • Residents of Pierce County, Washington
  • Older adults living on fixed or limited incomes
  • Individuals with mobility, health, or transportation barriers

Program Dates: March 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
Community Impact: Serving 100 older adults with 600 total home-delivered food boxes
