The Making A Difference Foundation provides over 1,000 Thanksgiving meal boxes to those in need in Pierce County each year. These boxes are filled with all the traditional holiday trimmings needed for a family of four.  Though this is an ambitious task, we manage to succeed in our efforts to feed the community each Thanksgiving as a result of the amazing volunteers and donors that selflessly support our efforts so that those in need will have the chance to enjoy Thanksgiving as the more fortunate can.  

Just like everything else Eloise’s does, the Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway Program is a community effort. Hundreds of people are fed each Thanksgiving because of the effort and altruism of the volunteers and donors that are willing to support our mission to make a difference in the lives of others.
