Instructions to clients at Eloise’s Cooking Pot during the COVID-19 Pandemic:

Please remember for the safety of yourself and others, wash your hands and practice social distancing by remaining in your vehicle with your windows rolled up. As you approach the pickup site, please open your trunk and we will place your groceries inside. Please do not come to the food bank if you are sick!

Please use Division street to line up westbound on Morton st. No id req. No smoking. Sign the clipboard. 1 household per car (subject to change).

Please follow the instructions of the flaggers. Do not block any intersections. No cutting the line. Please do not drive eastbound on Morton street to line up for safety reasons. Be respectful of the neighbors, staff, and volunteers.

Do not block driveways and allow the neighbors to get out of their parking spots, please! Do not argue with or intimidate the neighbors. If you have an issue please turn on your headlights and someone will come to your car.

Walkers:
If you are walking and do not have a vehicle, stand by the bus stop across from the food bank on the designated squares on McKinley Ave. and someone will serve you. Remember to practice social distancing.

Do not get out of your car and use walk-up services or have someone drop you off at walk up service area. We will not serve you. You have to use drive-up service.

Serving you is very important to us. We want to provide food as fast as possible in a safe environment with dignity and honor. It’s never our intent to disrespect, humiliate or turn anyone away.

This is a difficult time for everyone. We know how important it is to have a reliable food source. We are committed to serving our community and remaining open so please do not HOARD food by coming multiple times a week. We are in this together.
